Mills County Deputies England and Mather are offering raffle tickets at $50.00 a piece in order to raise money for a K-9 unit in Mills County Iowa. Tickets were offered at a table at the weekly Farmers Markets on Wednesday.

Most police/sheriff departments, and especially the smaller ones, are hiring people that want nothing more than to be a cop. They want to carry a gun and have power over people. Rarely do we see a state trooper doing the crazy shit the other cops do. Why? They do a much better job of screening applicants. Guys like those two in Iowa are kicked out before they are ever in.
