Had a bad experience in LeClaire today

As much as I like some of the businesses (Green Tree Brewery, Mississippi Distilling, Sneaky Pete's, Blue Iguana, etc) I don't think I'll be visiting LeClaire anymore.

One reason I no longer live there is because of the police. Now things have changed a lot since I moved away, but it's my understanding that the LCPD is still the same bunch of aholes as always. Did you have a bad experience with the cops?
