Derek Wulf's family farm operation is facing multiple legal actions over debts totaling nearly $1 million. Zach Lahn's campaign told me this week, "Derek is in the middle of a routine re-financing. When that is completed, all creditors will be paid. In the meantime, he’s not going to enrich litigation attorneys with rounds of needless back and forth. He’s focused on getting the re-finance done."
