S.F. 360 Section 1. NEW SECTION . 727.13 Administration of gene-based vaccines.
1. A person shall not provide or administer a gene-based vaccine to another person in this state.
2. A person who violates this section is guilty of a simple misdemeanor and is subject to a fine of five hundred dollars per incident.
3. The appropriate licensing board within the department of inspections, appeals, and licensing shall review the license of a person licensed under chapter 147 who violates this section.
4. For purposes of this section, “gene-based vaccine” means a vaccine developed using messenger ribonucleic acid technology, modified messenger ribonucleic acid technology, self-amplifying messenger ribonucleic acid technology, or deoxyribonucleic acid technology.

This bill relates to the administration of gene-based vaccines. The bill provides that a person shall not provide or administer a gene-based vaccine to another person in this state. A person who violates the bill is guilty of a simple misdemeanor and is subject to a fine of $500 per incident. The bill directs the appropriate licensing board within the department of inspections, appeals, and licensing to review the license of a person licensed under Code chapter 147 (health-related professions) who violates the bill.

3. mRNA vaccines are safer than traditional vaccines

8. I found out from a state rep that most of the bills by the GOP are written by outside groups...

conservative think tanks, PACs, etc. So it's likely that this bill is making the rounds.

He told me that most of the GOP Reps and Senators don't even know what they are voting for. They just do what the party tells them to do.
