6. if the judge and the defense were to have included the lesser included charge

of misdemeanor... then I think it would be dead bang certain of guilty.

but for the felony charge... I think it will be hung jury.

Of course it's not accurate (I was easily able to vote twice) but I'm still kind of surprised the guilty verdict is this high in a pretty red part of Iowa.
