Lisa Madigan's name keeps coming up but I think she'd run into too much blowback from media looking for a story.

with the Clinton big sweep. Now I don't think he will leave congress to run and leave an open senate seat so that's out

Cheri Bustos? I would like to see her do that, but we need her where she is.
Maybe Sheila Simon would be best.
