We have a candidate for Senate who has a chance to unseat Risch

Running as an independent, there is enthusiasm and he has an aggressive state wide campaign.

The only poll in the race shows Risch at 55%, Democrat Roth at 15% and Achilles at 7%

Senator Risch leads in all media markets, in both Congressional Districts, and among men and women of all age groups. Risch also has a wide lead among Republican voters and a nearly a 2:1 lead over his nearest competitor among Unaffiliated voters. Roth leads among Democrats. Senator Risch also has much higher name ID and favorability ratings than the other candidates.

Hopefully they are wrong. I'm glad there is enthusiasm behind this guy, but I'm doubtful he can even make it close.

2. It is a long shot the the best shot we have had in a long time.

David Roth could be a spoiler, waiting to see if he will suspend his non campaign. He is the perpetual “also ran” candidate that no one has ever heard of.
If we decided we have already lost, we will lose.
