there was no choice but to shut everything down and keep everyone off the roads.
There's a pretty good melt going on as I type but I expect things won't be fully back to normal until Saturday.
I just did not understand why all of the local news stations felt it was necessary to stay on the air ALL FRICKIN' DAY?!

(12,262 posts)....Surely everyone loves to watch curling. (OK, all kidding aside, I actually find curling somewhat fascinating to watch. I like to think that a 50 something overweight guy could actually do that and be an Olympian).

And I keep wanting to redress the 140lb. guys wearing XXXXL snowgear in the slopestyle events. One guy's pants were around his thighs the whole time, his blue boxers showing.
