Can we do it? The US National Weather Service Baltimore/Washington is forecasting a whole 0.2"

of snow predawn Wednesday in DC which would end our snowless streak. We'd give 50-50 odds.
Will you be awake to see the flakes that could fall between 1 and 6a?

We had a slight white sprinkling this morning, which was the most we've seen all winter. And I am definitely not missing it!
