Hello from Judge Mehta's courtroom, where a hearing is just starting on a string of motions

Hello from Judge Mehta's courtroom (they're in-person, I'm listening in remotely), where a hearing is just starting on a string of motions re: what evidence can/cannot be presented at trial in the Oath Keepers seditious conspiracy case -- the first trial is set to begin 9/26

Next up, Mehta is considering whether the govt can introduce a piece of paper found in Thomas Caldwell's home with handwritten notes, incl. "DEATH LIST:" followed by names of Georgia election workers + apparent reference to ppl traveling from North Carolina
