WASHINGTON — The DC Police Department has agreed to reinstate two officers who were granted full pardons in January for their convictions in a chase that led to the death of 20-year-old Karon Hylton-Brown, WUSA9 has learned.

The department confirmed Monday night both Officer Terence Sutton and Lt. Andrew Zabavsky had been reinstated. It declined to comment any further on the decision.
