DE Governor Meyer urges swift passage of F-elon's bill SB-21

F-Elon’s bill SB-21 is due to be voted on in our state house or representatives tomorrow (3/20). Sending faxes, calling, or protesting in person is our only option now. Google ‘Delaware house assembly members’ to see a list of reps. Either Governor Meyer is urging swift passage of SB-21 because he’s afraid - afraid of losing Meta, Musk, and other corporations incorporated in DE, afraid due to threats, or because he’s selling out.

What is this bill trying to do? It is very vague, but give companies a shield from liability? 58Sunliner Mar 19 #1
This lawyer explains how it will effect all of us. BTW, SB21 passed the House and Gov Meyer already signed it. woodsprite Wednesday #2

"certain acts or transactions involving such directors or officers will be protected if approved or ratified by a majority of the disinterested directors or by a majority of the votes cast by the disinterested stockholders entitled to vote thereon, in each case upon disclosure or in full knowledge of the material facts giving rise to the conflict or potential conflict. In addition, the amendments define what parties constitute a controlling stockholder or control group and provide safe harbor procedures that can be followed to insulate from challenge specified acts or transactions from which a controlling stockholder or control group receives a unique benefit."

WTF is this? Safe harbor from what?? Discrimination?
