Conor Duffy (D) is running for Larimer County treasurer
Conor Duffy, a Poudre School District board member and Larimer County Planning Commission member, is running for Larimer County treasurer.
Duffy, a Democrat, believes those experiences, combined with his career in finance, have prepared him for the role.
The current treasurer, Irene Josey, is term limited.
"The next Larimer County treasurer must be prepared on day one to safeguard public funds, uphold decades of trusted stewardship, and keep the Treasurer’s Office accessible and accountable to every resident," Duffy said in a statement to the Coloradoan about his candidacy.
