I'm loving our State's Elections Security system now in place and provisions

I'm on the California Secretary of State mailing list covering everything to do with elections.

Our Primary Election is around the corner so naturally I've been inundated with CVSTA related emails and memorandums detailing new rules and regs enshrined in statutes, etc..

One of the most important in my mind is the protection of the integrity of our votes, and how it's tabulated, election machine vulnerabilities, chain of custody as regard ballots etc. Given everything we've been through since 2000, 2004, 2016 and 2020.

Here's a link to one of several memorandums spelling out the details: OVSTA: Voting Technology Security

Here is the main page for all of the additional State issued Advisories to County Election Officials:

Advisories to County Elections Officials - May 2022

I'm feeling really really good about our voting process in this election cycle. I hope other states have made similar improvements.

Hope this is of interest to fellow Californians.
