Mother and Son Arrested for Incest in Craighead County

BONO, Ark. – Two people face charges of incest, a Class C felony, after their arrest this week in Craighead County.

At about 3:50 PM on July 4 at the 200-block of E. College Street in Bono, a man ran to a neighbors house to call 911. The complainant told authorities he, his brother, and his mother had been drinking at their residence. The complainant fell asleep. He then woke up to find his brother, Austin Casey, allegedly having sex with his mother, Crystal Fallis.

The PC affidavit for Casey says that the complainant initially thought his mother was the victim of a possible rape. However, authorities determined otherwise once they arrived on the scene.

“When he got out of the shower, he found his wife, 45-year-old Crystal Fallis, having sex with her son, 27-year-old Austin Casey,” the affidavit says.
