Website to Access Arkansas's "Health Care Independence Program"

access.arkansas.gov

This may only be a portal where you can apply if you qualify for the Medicaid expansion, but if someone wants to see if this allows you to access the Exchange fully...

Healthcare.gov wasn't giving me the information I needed and wasn't working for me, so I applied through the access.arkansas.gov site.

They're verifying my income, I'll be on a 6% cost sharing program most likely. moriah Oct 2013 #2

Unless they decide the fact I have a social security disability application in progress and currently am making less than 100% of the poverty line makes me qualify for a 0% cost-sharing option.

I just expect to be making slightly over the poverty line next year, so I'd rather them do my 2014 enrollment in the 6% cost sharing option.
