The GOP is now 0-7 in lawsuits seeking to overturn Arizona's election

Well, the Kraken was released and hit Planet Earth with a splat on Wednesday, as a federal judge dismissed the last of seven lawsuits aimed at overturning Arizona’s election results.

U.S. District Court Judge Diane Humetewa was clearly unimpressed with claims of “massive widespread fraud” -- claims she called long on "gossip and innuendo" but short on actual evidence.

"Not only have Plaintiffs failed to provide the Court with factual support for their extraordinary claims, but they have wholly failed to establish that they have standing for the Court to consider them," she wrote, in a 29-page ruling.

"Allegations that find favor in the public sphere of gossip and innuendo cannot be a substitute for earnest pleading sand procedure in federal court."
