was a year or two old when I got it and I seem to recall the registration was 250-300, but I would have to dig around to be sure. that was back at the end of 2013.

actual registration fee, which brings the cost to actually register a vehicle up to several hundred dollars a year also, depending on the value.

3. The first time I bought plates in Oregon 30 years ago they were $20 for two years.

It's called realignment money. The state use to provide the services but realigned it to counties provide the services.
