Second gentleman Doug Emhoff, a frequent flier to Arizona, returns to get out the vote
Second Gentleman Doug Emhoff will return to Arizona Saturday for the second time in 11 days to campaign for his wife, Vice President Kamala Harris.
Emhoff is one of several campaign surrogates scheduling events across the state to encourage Arizonans to vote early for Harris and her running mate, Tim Walz.
The second gentleman is a familiar face in Arizona. On Oct. 8, Emhoff spoke at a Republicans for Harris event in Mesa, a fundraising event in Paradise Valley, and at South Mountain Community Center in Phoenix.
Emhoff urged Republicans and independents to cast a ballot for his wife in what he called the “most important election of our nation’s lifetime.”
