Allen Media Broadcasting, which is owned by Entertainment Studios, Inc (aka Allen Media Group), which has an ongoing partnership with Sinclair related to some sports broadcasting crap, and also bought the Weather Channel from NBCUniversal and Bain Capital a while ago.

I wish more people realized this!!! Everything else makes better sense when you know who owns the media....and who sits on the boards of directors.

He was a comedian who went to the business side of the industry. He was in a Show in the 70s called Real People
