Related: About this forumAny other Hulu subscribers having Disney+ forced on them?
All of a sudden we are being charged—following NO requests or approval—$10.99 for Disney+ (with ads, no less). It’s very difficult to figure out who to complain to. Hulu does not show us having the Disney+ “bundle,” so Hulu has not done it. Is it Roku that decided we wanted this and would willingly pay for it? It seems to be tied to the Hulu account somehow.
This is the second time this has happened. I clearly recall spending an hour on the phone with someone in Egypt (or Taiwan or Suriname or somewhere with an almost indecipherable accent) trying to get us back to what we signed up for—our no-ads Hulu account. Period. And now here we are again. Can’t imagine we are alone with this.
