Yikes, potential mistrial in the Alec Baldwin trial!!!!
Jury sent home for the week, back on Monday……but his defense team is saying that they didn’t get evidence (bullets), and the actual gun that killed and wounded those people.
Defense accuses the prosecution of not retaining critical evidence.
