Most of my friends liked Davy, and one or two preferred Peter Tork. I was a Mickey Dolenz girl.

Michael “Wool Hat” Nesmith. He later distinguished himself in a country music career that my boyfriend at the time followed closely and absolutely loved.

What memories, what memories!

We only have two Beatles left, also, which sucks.

I never watched them much, not that I had much to say about it. Dad controlled the TV at night so the only time us kids could choose what to watch is when there was nothing he wanted to see. Sure was different back then. I got a little 12” for my birthday sometime in the early 70s (I had to pay for half of it).
