play an overqualified female candidate in a job interview and Short played an under qualified man who gets the job. How Short went from that premise to playing it Ed Grimley, only the creativity Gods know.

and I loved the interviewer, Jimny Glick…..he interviewed Alec Baldwin along with a lot of other movie stars.
