(6,897 posts)2. Absolutely. And I think it will be fun to watch him tear into trump.
I detest his policies but he's no dummy and he's been going to school on trump for 2 years now. He'll do a better just than just about any republican getting under his skin in the primaries. He's the only one at this point who's really had to deal with trump's petty ire during a campaign. IIRC, he was the last of the republicans in the hunt.
So yeah, it'll make for good sport.
He's done just about everything except announce and I suspect that'll be something in the late spring after he spends 2-3 months on CNN trying to look moderate. Don't be fooled, he's Mike Pence with a little bit of personality.

Kasich has it nailed. A lot of the midwest loves it.
Having been in the room with him when he works it, it's pretty effective in making you forget he's a hard core a racist misogynist.

Clevaland area. Moved to the West Coast almost 40 years ago. Ohio politics still seems really mystifying to me at times.
