It's been awhile since I've posted... Been taking a mental health break from the place plus been busy the past two months because... kittens! Four of them.
In May I was watering my side yard garden when I heard some high pitched mewing. One of the neighborhood cats I feed had kittens in my garden!
They were so tiny, just learning to walk around wobbly and so cute!
Long story short I took all four in about ten days later when it was threatening to rain and I noticed a couple had eye infections. Momma cat being feral didn't want to come inside and I think she didn't mind me taking them they all had sharp little teeth !
A few weeks later here they are!
I'm afraid I only have my phone camera for photography but it seems to take decent pictures. Plus I'm now without a computer since mine died two months ago after over ten years of use both t that's ok, more time for kittens.
I'll cross post in Pets, if you like kittens l certainly have a lot more kitten pix!

(7,371 posts)Not sure how I'm going to be able to afford 4 neuterings but I'll figure something out. We're all bonded together now and it's kinda neat having my own little herd of cats!
Here's little fluffy tortie, I named her Pekoe she is quite talkative

(835 posts)Many communities have low cost nonprofits that will fix cats for a very low cost. Good luck!

(152,134 posts)There might be a low-cost spay and neuter clinic nearby. I don't know how you'd find such a place, but it would be worth it.
Enjoy your kitty family!

(4,350 posts)I wouldn't turn away a needy baby. These are adorable. Love the little fluff-butt Siamese-looking kit. Give anything to have her, myself. You are SO lucky!!! And so are they, to have such a wonderful human looking out for them. Mom must have trusted you, to have let you take them in without a fuss. That says all a person needs to know. Have fun!!!
