I'm thrilled to have given you your first look at this flower!

Out here in my part of LA County, these are very wide-spread and blooming like crazy in spring. They need only a little light and not much water and they reward you with these flowers.

They can be grown in pots or in the garden.

I'm glad it was my image that you saw first. They are truly stunning flowers.

Easy to grow, low light preferred, live on little water. They're growing all over SoCal right now. I have some right next to my front door that are just starting to bud. I"ll probably post some once they get more interesting.
