(604 posts)I really like the instrumental sections, but the vocal ones are just okay for me. If Pablo stood up there and jammed his vocal melodies on the guitar the whole show I absolutely would not mind. I feel like their real love is the music and the jamming and the vocal sections are there just because they're 'supposed to be'. Not bagging on 'em I've also watched this one and I prefer it over the concert because a higher % of it is them being a jam band, and they're damn good at THAT. They kinda remind me of the band Goose, who I also like a lot

(55,115 posts)DeWolff to Goose, whom I also like a lot - think I was the first to post their music here - but they're both very talented bands. I haven't read enough about DeWolff to have any idea if Pablo sees vocals or instrumentals as more important.

(72,105 posts)They're tight and a lot if attention to detail. And, that's hard to do with that many people up there.
I also dug that he plays a Firebird, which I think is the coolest guitar Gibson ever made, though not necessarily their best.
