So many really cool "guitar-y" things.
How easily he palms the pick to play block chords with his fingers, then snatches the pick into his fingers.
The mastery of the fretboard he has; there was a spot where he hit the same note on three different strings so that constant was there as the chords changed. That's brilliant.
Then that tasty single note stuff that starts at around a minute & a half.
Then there's a good 2 minutes where he's clearly just vamping.
Superb stuff.
