This is the performance from the end of "Streets of Fire" and those guys are actors. They aren't actually singing & playing it. I did dig that movie, though.
Dan Hartmann was the same guy who wrote & sang Free Ride by The Edgar Winter Group.
Great voice, excellent bass player.
