Related: About this forumHere's some of my jewelry projects
I made my first quilt in 2015, but I have been making jewelry for over 20 years. I love turquoise (the good stuff) and would find old turquoise necklaces at estate sales and flea markets and started re-stringing them, that led me into jewelry making. Pictures that I have posted are of items that I have sold. I have sold on Etsy and Ebay and have my own website, but temporarily stopped selling on the internet because I didn't want to make so many trips to the post office during this scary time. I have a showcase in an antique mall and continue to sell there. Just put on some cute evil eye earrings there.
I keep my current project in a plastic tub and when I am cooking, I sit at the kitchen tale and work on my current jewelry project while the food cooks. Problem now is my old eyes are having trouble seeing all the little tiny things you need to see when making jewelry.

So I've seen examples. Lovely craft. 👍
I did some small using embroidery floss flat coiled "plates" back in the '90's.

(17,977 posts)I love bright, or fully saturated colors, along with some favorite shades, tints, and pastels. Whether in colored artwork (I do v&w as well), yarn work, and sometimes jewelry.
Any pics of your baskets?
