Trying to find out what material was used here to create this texture

I'm working on a project that needs small ginko leaves, and found these earrings online.

I can recreate the leaves from soda bottle plastic, but don't know what this artist used to create the small raised lines on the leaves. It appears to be some kind of light green thick clear liquid piped on in very thin lines.

Does anyone have any ideas on what that liquid/application tool might be?

something like Mod Podge Dimensional Magic? It comes in a small bottle with a small tip opening. I have used it for jewelry projects before.

6. I thought of that, but it requires heat to set it.

This is PET plastic, and looks like it has been shaped with heat prior to the lines being added.

Thanks for the suggestion!

I've made Dale Chihuly style sconces and door wreaths from heavier bottles that liquor comes in.

I'm still kicking myself for not going to see Chihuly's exhibit at Cheekwood a few years back.

Looking at those ginko leaves...the lines look like little trenches, like it's been "plowed". Of course, I've got bifocals that I can't see thru half the time...

She's a landscape designer, and we bartered.

One was a holiday wreath with ice blue "tentacle/icicles" made from Pinnacle vodka bottles, with led lights underneath.

The other was a sconce modeled after this one, using plastic from dark blue and clear vodka bottles:

8. I'm trying to find a resin that's thick enough to hold it's shape being piped.
