Not sure of opening date, but every review I have seen is outstanding. It is my opinion that this will become the Classic Film of 2023. No, I have never predicted a film to become a Classic Film before
it even opened, but this one could be the Number One film of this year. This is about Oklahoma Native Americans and how someone cheated them.
Please not that I said ...."could be"... the Number One film of this year. I haven't seen it, and really
know little about it, but what I read recently....(today) on the internet lead me to believe this. I think this film is really about Evil Men taking advantage of poor people. Not a new ideas, but a new movie to see.
I don't think it is a ..."happy movie" but neither were many other "Classic Films."
A true classic film was/is ...."West Side Story" and that is NOT a happy movie. I think that one was taken
from a tragedy written by Shakespear named "Romeo and Juliet." If I remember correctly, "West Side
Story" is considered a true classic film and it made a lot of money.

(4,848 posts)when it hits Apple+ at some point. I've watched the trailer there. It looks awesome. You could very well be right about it. It is a Scorsese film after all, and it has a stellar cast, including Native American actors. I just noticed at IMDb that Russell Means' son Tatanka Means is in this movie. That is good to know.
