I never got to do it in public, but it was awesome to practice while holding the head. It was also great fun to perform with the troop in public.

I really love the painting. Great job. I can feel the energy and good will.

You did a great job! You captured ritualistic movement and excitement and drama in your dancing lion. Your rendition of the lion head is absolutely eye catching and gives your painting an abstract feeling, especially when seeing it for the first time. Your colors are strong and bold and dynamic!

I like the way your sky echoes the undulating shapes of the lion dance. The trees are quite well done and definitely shows the dance is outdoors in nature, which adds to the drama of the moment.
