That AI tool would have given you various options to choose from.
You selected one. You did not create it, any more than I'd create an item of clothing I'd buy online after typing in the name of what I want, brand, size and color.
You got what the AI generated, based on the stolen work it was trained on.
You could ask that AI tool to give you a picture of an animal or plant using only its Latin name - and with you being COMPLETELY unaware of which animal or plant was named - and that AI tool would most likely churn out something, whether or not it was correct.
Not your work. Not even your vision.
Using an AI tool is not creating art. It's availing yourself of corporate theft of a world of art taken from real artists being harmed.
You said in another post that you're a musician who puts videos on YouTube but doesn't use AI for music.
The type of AI you're using, generative, can also be used by people with zero knowledge of music, zero ability to sing or play an instrument or write lyrics, and no more than an idle passing interest in playing with AI and wanting to show off what they wrongly call their work, to flood any platform with AI-generated songs. And since you really are a musician, I doubt you'd believe what the AI spat out for them was their.vision, let alone a product of their labors.
Please have more respect for real art and real artists.
If you just have a vague idea for something and don't want to try to create it yourself or don't have the skill, then pay an artist to create it, or ask if one will do it for free. Don't use AI that can mimic human creativity only because of the greatest theft of intellectual property ever.
