Looks to me like you have you're very own workspace with all the essentials. My wife and I are fortunate to be able to have our own work/mostly hobby space. Nice very nice.

I also have a drawing table in the bedroom as it's me and my 2-year-old. When I put her to sleep it's good to be across the hall.
