Developing animation! School and other projects shared.

I am planning for an MA in Instructional Technology and one of the requirements is to build a portfolio of projects that using learning theory and a variety of software tools to bring those theories to life. In preparation for this MA, I have been taking some classes at City College of San Francisco, a great place for continuing education, and preparation for breaking new ground, keeping the aging mind fresh.

I took a Flash Essentials class in 2009 and got an A in it. This is my project. You do need the Adobe Flash Player to view as it is an SWF or Shockwave Flash file. You just need to download it from Adobe.com. This instructional video has clickable animation in it and instructs people on the importance of Neti Potting, and how to do it, to help during the cold season, and to keep your nose clean.

Please share your projects. Maybe talk about the learning curve, share ideas. Or start a new thread for experts if you can share that with us.

And the "Cover" pot is just like mine. I'm not the animator, hubby is, but your work is good. You deserve an A!

Mr. Pup did a watercolor nude portrait of me many years ago. Then, he wanted to hang it in the living room. I said he could hang it in his studio or the bedroom but not in the foyer or dining room. It took a few days for me to convince him that I had final approval on the use of my own likeness. Watch out for a music video that I'll be posting on Christmas Day (it's a present) that hubby animated. I really enjoyed seeing your work.

I can understand why you wouldn't want the nude going public... unless of course your husband takes his art seriously enough to do a gallery show... and then... hmmmm..... what to do? I think I saw a movie like that, but I can't remember what it was called. You must look great nude for him to want to paint you. Big compliment, huh?

Happy Holidays to you and yours!

I wouldn't mind if he wanted to hang the painting in a show. I just don't want the neighbors and delivery folk to come full face with my 'puppies' the minute they walk in the door! So many people feel obligated to comment....

This video filled in some information, ie. the salt, and actually how to tilt that pot. Great instructions. I'm looking for a simple instruction video on how to start a autocad drawing on Mac.. So if you run across one of those send it my way. Good simple instructions are important...

They have some free stuff and charge $37.50 per month for trainings that have exercise files that help retain. I am pretty sure they have auto cad. Good luck.

Keep up the good work! There are sooo many great software programs out there these days. I'm using anime studio pro for animation that I release on youtube (The Animadz) which I really love. I'm also an audio engineer, so I can answer any questions about adding sound to animation (hopefully) if anyone is ever interested in that kinda thing

For fun, I've used the animation program called Crazy Talk. The company Reallusion has some interesting software. Creators were from Jibjab.
