The end of the game is everything that unrestrained capitalism works for. It's not "In the end there can be only one" it's in the end the game is over and everything ends. For a species that claims to be so intelligent, how can we accept being so self destructive?

The game was originated as an educational tool by Elizabeth Magie as a reaction to the economic devastation of the late 1800's The sad part is that the game never incorporated the link between politics and economics. They are inseparable sides of the same coin.

The worst part is that it is COMPLETELY unnecessary. We have enough for everyone, but too many people want it all...
