Does instituting a "Financial Crimes Unit" justify stating that Wall St. has been dealt with?

Past crimes, current policies and laws, and billions in new debt to US citizens was not addressed.

I've already had one repub. point this out. When I made the point that ALL politicians have had their turn at the Wall St. trough, and that campaign contributions flowed in both directions, he said "Fine, but don't claim to be of higher morals, or having dealt with the issue(s).

I guess time will tell...
