lot of wasted space that is gonna be heated to keep the rest of the room warm.
looks pretty,
spacious
and impractical (at least for me & my income)

Lots of windows where heat would generally rise in the fourth image.

Gorgeous to look at, but generally impracticle from an efficiency standpoint.
