Looks like the heat is breaking here, YAY!

Stillness is always a state I enjoy, especially on Sunday, as it gives me the opportunity to reset, to clear my mind and get back to the basics of kindness, love and giving.

Sundays being "A day of rest", makes for a natural recharge, but also to reignite my passion to offer the above basics by doing them.

Please give us a day filled with opportunities to recharge the very best of our intentions and desires to serve others today, filling our reservoir in order to keep making our world a better place.
