My mental health has been in turmoil for quite a while, and I've been drinking 5 glasses of wine each night...

Both my doctor and my shrink each advised me to cut back to one glass of wine every night, just before I was going to get in bed.

I thought, "good advice" and followed it faithfully for 3 weeks.

But now I've given it up, I hate getting in bed 5 times each night!

I no longer can drink wine as I have developed dementia. I do NOT want an aggravation of my mind's fogginess. CTyankee 16 hrs ago #7

I used to love having a glass of wine every night with dinner. Then I went to drinking a wine with less alcohol in it. Now it's zero. And that's where it will stay!
