Advertise like crazy, get people to buy in, disappear before the bad reviews have time to catch up.

There are loads of free videos online so no one needs to pay for the workout. I have lower back issues so I can sit through part of the program. It’s very helpful for people with disabilities.

Which I practiced regularly for about 5 yrs, then tapered off.

A few years later I learned a differ form from a PT who was learning from a teacher in Chinatown.
I developed a text, and special simple drawn figure illustrations from the side, and above.
Did that for 5 years, then tapered off. I made a very nice version that i gave a copy to the PT, as a TY bc, wr met 1xs wk during her morning break.

I remember a little, and do the "cloud hands" part with a bit more.

I keep thinking I should relook at my notes/drawings. They're somewhere!
I attribute partly having no chronic pain at 72 3/4s to those 10 solid yrs of it plus the 4 yrs off tapering off.

Ty for reminding me. Going to put a reminder on my phone! 👍

...doing tai chi chair exercises will turn a couch potato into a lean, healthy person.

so how did strength in your legs and lower back improve if you do the exercises while sitting in a chair for only 7 minutes a day?

And I did it more than 7 mins.

ETA. Looking some stuff up.Some things i remember.
There are short forms, and long forms. The 2 styles that began were Chen, and Yang. I think Yang became more popularized.
Several more later were Wu, Hao and ?
You have moves- 16, 24, 28, 30+ something and way more up to like 108 moves.

Seems like the ideal is to reach a ?15 - 20 mins practice, or at least 12 mins.
A short form can be repeated to reach the time goals.

I just found a video: Jenny Lu yoga+
- Yang 24 on YT. A lot of vids. Looks like she mostly covers 2 movements at a time in each vid.

There's tons of stuff from many teachers. Some in still photos, and many vids.

Hope this helps!👍
