Nothing, but I don't care for mittens. I want the fingers freed up.
I suppose really good mittens would be good for snow blowing, but for me, not much else.

20 years doing HVAC for a school district with a boatload of roof top units. There's no way I could have done some of that work with gloves on.

I had a hard time dealing with gloves when I was working in the lab.
On scale-up work, dealing with 50, 100, or 500 gallon reactors, I was ok with gloves.
But, not in the lab. Even butyl rubber made things difficult.
