An artist on Bluesky says she got her first commission and a huge tip, but feels scared, happy and humbled by this.

I say "Orii, enjoy this moment."

I GOT MY FIRST COMMISSION and they tipped me so much Iâ€™m both scared and happy and and I feel unworthy but IM SO GRATEFUL ðŸ˜ðŸ˜

It's always nice to be paid for your work - whatever type of work it is.

Better to be paid well for it and have it recognized in other ways.

She seems like a nice kid. I hope she'll be very successful, and that AI companies can be stopped from stealing work from her and other artists and crushing their dreams of making a living from their art.
