I was so in love with her when I was a boy. Part of the reason I started drum lessons. And that gorgeous voice. I love the recording of her singing “I can Dream, Can’t I?”
So sad.

I was, and still am, a fan of hers. I have a number of their albums/CDs. I have all my music on thumb drive in my small bedroom stereo. This morning, I woke up hearing her voice singing.

I often wonder where and how big of a star she'd be today if she had lived.

I so miss her.

... she was so used and abused by her those closest to her. Just a heartbreaking life for such a talented person.

Thanks for bringing it here. And just for bonus trivia, she had a 4- octave voice.

You can just feel the heartache & heartbreak in Karen's voice. Oh,and that fuzz guitar solo by Tony Peluso is incredible.
