so grateful for all of you. This is my first consecutive day journey back here and it's raining so I type between raindrops.
As I sit here with my butt being a cover for Cuddles, I just fondly remember all of you joining me all those days before my surgery and yet I never really thanked you all for being such an inspiration, motivation and celebration of this special place.
I brought many of your words of encouragement here with me, blanketed by your warmth and love, bathing in the serenity and peace that you sent my way that to this day I believe kept me alive through all the tumult of the months before my surgery.
It is with love of you that I open my prayers whenever I arrive here, so grateful for such a blessed place. A place that you blessed, and gave spiritual value in my time of spiritual need.
Thank you to my DU family for such a special place, and for so many special times.
I love you all!

(280 posts)You are good.
You attract good vibes.
You are loved.
Love never ends.
Simple, really.
Cemeteries are sacred places, sanctified by the love and grief of those who have stood over the graves of loved ones. It is little wonder that their serenity, born of their sacredness, attracts anybody who wants their spirituality to grow.
Of course, Cuddles helps!

(965 posts)appreciation and love for our DU family. I can’t tell you how often — even going back to before I spoke up here, silently reading and finding support during my times of grief, pain, and emotional loneliness. I don’t know how I could have made it through without the love and camaraderie of like-minded, warm-hearted DUers like you. Thank you so much.
Love you right back.

(1,767 posts)I've been in a real depressed state since the SSI denial and Debbie reminded yesterday me that you all are with me all the way.
I took you all with me today consciously because I needed you.
Your words are true to the last letter Wordstroken. Thank you!

(965 posts)I do the same thing, John. Most who think they know me are convinced that I’m too strong to need anyone’s support. How wrong they are. That’s why I take you all with me when I need strength to keep going no matter what the challenges are.
Please know that you and Debbie are making a huge difference in so many of our lives.
