Tomorrow I’ll wrap them in cheesecloth and soak them in Capt Morgan’s Spiced Rum. They will be lovingly turned and soaked several times between now and Christmas.

I picked her up from school, we had an early dinner, and then our weekly cake. Took her to dance class, and then we went swimming.

She hasn't done that for a while. Every now and then, she feels the urge to relocate it. When she does, it's amusing to watch.

It's flexible, so instead of just grabbing one end in her teeth and dragging it, she puts her front paws inside on the tunnel floor and scrunches it toward her a few inches, backs up, reaches inside to scrunch it again, then backs up, etc. She steps out to check where it's going and adjusts her direction. When she gets to her destination, she crawls inside to lie down.

This time, she moved it toward me so she could be near me as I was online reading and typing.
