Start off we are old.
We want to celebrate New Years at 2pm central standard.
Im trying to find out where in the world it might be Midnight of New Years Day so we can have a
Some other country midnight at 2 pm central standard time.
I tried asking the internet but is not providing anything. Perhaps my question makes sense to some knowledgeable DUer.
Thanks.

Central time is UTC -6. So it looks like you are looking for UTC +4 which as near as I can guess is part of Russia, and the Middle East.
I have a close friend in Thailand and they are (in central standard time) 11 hours ahead of us.

without research is when we owned an Irish Pub in Chicago and and celebrated New Years in Dublin at 6p.m. then all went home to get away from the crazies at night
