It would be neat if Biden stepped down and made her president now.

She could push through some of her plans now and Trump would have 4 years to undo them.

I saw this theory yesterday and it was in USA Today too

because, you know, repukes are the "party of law and order"

Anyone remotely related to officials trump has threatened;
All cabinet members
Campaigners
All people living here missing some papers (excepting criminals)

Biden probably won’t, but think he should take the criticism on his son and people trump has threatened.

With that said, I think it would be very difficult to convict just about anyone for “official” acts. There might be a couple of militia types who would convict Harris, Clinton, staff, etc. But not the whole jury.

Admittedly, I used to be 95+% confident about that, not as much nowadays.
